THE WAY TO INSPIRE
The most practical way to inspire is just by being a good friend or peer. You provide a ear as someone’s conscience; so that they can act without fear. You put your pains out into the ether; so that people can learn from your tests. You proudly proclaim your failures; so others can use them to operate at their best. To inspire means also to mentor. It doesn't mean you are better or wise. No, we mentor and often inspire because we allow people to see our lives. I think that the most practical way to inspire is just by being a true friend. If we all have a friend to endure with; we will never fear our journeys end.
