SCIENCE AND RELIGION (THE DIVINING ROD TO GOD)
You hide behind provocations of science and claim they disprove God. However, I believe that science is religion's divining rod. The Bible says, " Faith is the substance of things we cannot see." Just as science says the universe expands with invisible "Dark Energy." You say that it's a fairy tale that God lives outside of time. However, isn't this related to the relative theory that Einstein defined? Science suggests some dimensions exist separate from where we are. So how can you disagree that God and Heaven exist beyond the stars? You say there is no eternity or resurrection of soul and mind. Nonetheless, in our hospital's medical science proves this all the time. Look at the fatally wounded victims, who slip away from life. They are miraculously revived in spite of medical practice and strife. At some point, they died of their wounds, illnesses, or heart attacks. Nonetheless, inexplicably they live, as a resurrected scientific fact. What about those who died and came back from the realm of God. They tell intricate stories that your science considers odd. How can they be thinking and seeing the things they claim to see? Medical science claims synapses are dying, and this should not be. No, my precious soul, I think your hypothesis is wrong. It seems even your scientific facts prove that God belongs. My reasoning mind cannot give room to the belief that he cannot be. Our archaeological science finds him throughout all known history. He exists from Egyptian to Roman, and from Germanic to Jew. God is in all history, in every period man has lived through. You say there is no Ragnarök, no Revelation, or end times. However, again your science points the way to the divine. The Sun will implode and burn away everything on Earth. My Bible says this also, 2 Peter 3 chapter 10th verse. Science has hypothesized that the Sun will one day implode. So, here again, is science giving way to what was foretold. I do not write this poem to insult the atheistic mind. I write it to show the relationship that links science and divine. It shows you can follow science and also walk in religious faith. You simply see the universe as the masterpiece that GOD DID create! Science is the Divining Rod that points to Heaven's open gate. Through it, we see God’s mysteries that we often take for sake.
